Anthony Harvey Management Consultants was established in 1986 to offer Human Resource and Development consultancy to the increasing number of organisations seeking specialist support for their particular needs.

We have considerable experience in providing support for achieving/using IIP, improving staff communication and skills development, NVQ and other competency-based development, assessment & quality/performance improvement programmes.

The Partners

Tony Harvey BA, FIPD is Operations Director, with earlier blue chip management/board level experience as HR Director, followed by 16 years' experience, eight as IIP Advisor and Assessor. He has been an IIP recoginition panel member, moderator and IIP advisor for TECS and NTO Telecom, also an associate/visiting university lecturer/external examiner in IPD/HR programmes.
He has advised and supported a large number of organisations on HR-related activities ranging from recruitment, psychometric assessment, training and development, communication and performance management through to legal advice and reward strategies.

Marion Harvey BEd, MA(Lond) is Training Director, also Chief Verifier (Voc Stds.) and Board Member OCA/AMSPAR and an External Verifier for NEBS. After an earlier career as Lecturer in HE, she established competency-based training and devt. in a major NHS trust and has a track record of supporting SMEs in staff training and development, using NVQs, maintaining NVQ Centre status, skills analysis, organisation development, etc.
